We ship from three fulfilment centres in the United States — Edison, NJ; Hardeeville, SC; and Fontana, CA — and route each order from whichever location can fill it best. This helps reduce transit time.
An order with several items may ship in more than one package, from more than one location, and arrive on different days. If part of your order arrives without the rest, give the remaining parcels a couple of business days before getting in touch — they are usually already on their way.

My picture frame is undeliverable by the shipper due to it being damaged. I am requesting a full refund of $51.60. Thank you Grace Garon.
