I want to check the status of my order - what should I do?

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also look it up any time on our Track Your Shipment page.

If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of placing your order, email help@americanflat.com with your order number and we will chase it up.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, please tell us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so we can file a claim.
